All government orders are placed on the portal Zakupki.gov.ru. Data from this resource was analyzed by Forbes analysts. As a result, the Kings of the Government Order ranking was compiled, which included owners of leading companies by the number of government contracts won.

A serious struggle is unfolding for the right to fulfill the multi-million dollar contract, so it is not surprising that the leaders were players known for their business acumen.

10. Ziyaudin Magomedov (30 billion rubles)
